How can I pay?
We use Paypal as our secure payment procesor. When you are ready to complete your purchases, you will be taken to Paypal's secure site, where you can use your Paypal account, create an account, or, if you choose, use your credit card. We never see your credit card information. Your credit card statement will show "CSTRINGBIKI" or "CSTRINGBIKINIS". You will be sent a receipt by Paypal to confirm your order. Please read Paypal's policy statement: "PayPal Security & Privacy. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction."
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we ship both domestically and internationally. We also ship to APO addresses. Shipping is USPS First Class Mail. CString Bikinis are made at the time of order. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You will be sent notification when your order has been processed/shipped.
International Orders: International orders may be delayed as they pass through customs. Please allow up to 6 weeks to receive your order after shipping as your order will have to pass through customs.

What sizes to you offer?
CString Bikinis come in Small (95 to 115lbs) and Medium (115 to 140lbs). We do not offer large or plus sizes.

What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products we cannot accept a return for open packages or worn items. Unworned Items in original, unopened packaging may be returned because of manufacturer's defect for exchange only and must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please email us before returning any items.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it ships. Contact us at CustomerService@CStringBikinis.com. However, once you are notified your order has shipped, you will be unable to cancel your order, but notify us that you want to cancel. You may return items in original unopened packaging. Please contact us before you return the item. All items must be returned within 30 of shipment.
How do I track my order?
We will send you an email with tracking number when your order has shipped.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Your order will ship within 5 business days of receipt of your order. You will be sent a tracking number with notification your item has shipped. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 2-5 days. Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail.
Can I buy a gift card?
We do not currently offer giftcards. However, on occasion we offer discount coupon codes.
